Kacie Bell
Intern & CROSS COUNTRY SKIING & SNOWSHOE GUIDE
Kacie enjoys being part of the water cycle—skiing in the Rockies in winter and floating western rivers in the summer. She started raft guiding in 2018 that has taken her across the western US and led to a career in outdoor education as an instructor and program manager with the Northwest and Colorado Outward Bound Schools. Kacie is a ski patroller at Arapahoe Basin, a Wilderness Medicine Instructor and a student in the Avalanche Science Program at Colorado Mountain College. She has also been an operations manager for a rafting company and held multiple roles in collegiate outdoor education. Kacie is working towards instructing AIARE courses and ski guiding- hoping to learn from everyone at BVMA this winter!
Kacie is certified as an American Avalanche Association Pro 1, W-EMT, AMGA SPI and Swiftwater Rescue Technician.
