All BVMA educational courses and adventure tours require reservations. Payment in full is necessary to book. Once you reserve your spot, we get to work right away, and for this reason, we have the following policies in place:
Cancellation 30+ days before your reservation start date, you choose:
Reschedule, space permitting
Receive full credit/raincheck for a future course
Refund -15% administrative fee
Cancellations made within 30-7 days of your reservation start date, you choose:
Non-refundable
Reschedule, space permitting, +15% processing fee
Receive full credit/raincheck for a future course, +15% processing fee
Cancellations made within 7-0 days of your start date:
Non-refundable
No option to reschedule
No option to receive full credit/raincheck
